The Music of Queen a Rock and Symphonic Spectacular is back, at Warwick Castle. This is the biggest Queen Rock show you are likely to experience with over 70 performers on stage featuring the English National Orchestra, a full rock band and stars from the West End smash hit musical ‘We Will Rock You’. 17th July 2010
The Great British Summer Proms will be an evening of unrivalled entertainment, taking the ever-popular ‘Classical at the Castle’ format and adding lots more elements to making it the biggest and best ever held. There will be a pre-concert performance by the Band of the Corps of Royal Engineers; a spectacular parachute drop over the arena by the RAF Falcons; state of the art stunning special effects; and more fireworks than ever before lighting up the skies over Warwick Castle. 18th July 2010.
Warwick Racecourse
Warwick races 12 months of the year with 22 fixtures under both codes of Flat and Jumps. The most valuable race run at Warwick is Tote sport Classic Chase, a race over 3 miles and 5 furlongs run on the second Saturday each January. The other main jumps feature is the Kingmaker Novices Chase Day, a festival trial meeting that takes place in February and provides excellent clues for the forthcoming Cheltenham and Aintree festivals.
With many of Warwick’s fixtures falling on weekends, bank holidays and evenings there are some great days and nights out to be had whether it be through business or with family and friends.
